KeyMetric automatically invoices and charges your credit each month for the total amount of your plan for the upcoming
month, and any additional usage fees from the previous month.
Your account will be charged on the date you created your account. For example, if you created your
account on the 10th of the month, then you will be charged on the 10th of each month.
Can I Cancel My Account at Anytime?
Yes. KeyMetric is a month-to-month service with no long-term contract commitments (excludes certain enterprise accounts). You can cancel
your service at anytime in the administration section of our online tool.
KeyMetric does not refund any monthly plan or overage fees already paid on your account.
If you exceed the total number of minutes in your plan, KeyMetric will continue to track all your phone calls and you will billed for any "overage"
based on your plan rates.
Once you have used the total number of phone numbers included in your plan, you will billed for each additional number
at the time you add it, and for each recurring month that phone number is active in your account.
Can I Change My Plan?
Yes. You can easily change your plan in the administration section of our online tool. When upgrading to a more expensive plan your account will be charged
any additional fees instantly.
If downgrading to a cheaper plan KeyMetric does not refund the difference in plan fees.
